Donna is a nationally renowned speaker on various diabetes subjects and an extensively published researcher and author of numerous articles on diabetes care and education. One of her accomplishments is as co-author of the "Pregnancy Preconception to Postpartum" Chapter in A Core Curriculum for Diabetes Education, 4th Edition – 2001.
Donna presents two lectures: 1) Acute and Microvascular Complications and 2) Monitoring and Management, Pregnancy, Special Populations. Donna's vivacious manner captivates her audience and her human-interest stories describe real patients with real challenges and promise to touch your heart.
