Level 1 Participation – Lunchtime Speaker:   $1,800 per day

  • Receive recognition as well as have the opportunity to have a speaker of your choice present during the lunch session
  • The opportunity to meet between 80 - 120 clinicians, registered nurses, registered dietitians, physician assistants, pharmacists and other diabetes educators
  • A list of course participants who give us permission to distribute their names
  • Draped table and chairs
  • Company recognition at opening and closing remarks and in workshop material

Note: Only two lunch spots are available. Contact us early to secure your preferred day.

Level 2 Participation – Contribute to a refreshment break:   $600 per day

  • Includes recognition sign on refreshment table
  • The opportunity to meet between 80 - 120 clinicians, registered nurses, registered dietitians, physician assistants, pharmacists and other diabetes educators
  • A list of course participants who give us permission to distribute their names
  • Draped table and chairs
  • Company recognition at opening and closing remarks and in workshop material

Level 3 Participation – Exhibitor Table:   $400 per day

  • The opportunity to meet between 80 - 120 clinicians, registered nurses, registered dietitians, physician assistants, pharmacists and other diabetes educators
  • A list of course participants who give us permission to distribute their names
  • Draped table and chairs
  • Company recognition at opening and closing remarks and in workshop material
