About Us

Course Background

Carol Molfetta, RD, CDE started this workshop in 1994 to help healthcare educators increase their knowledge and skills of diabetes patient education. There are two 4-day courses held each year, in early spring and early fall. This course is also offered in-house to accommodate participants from the same organization. Our success has been built on superb instruction and presentation of up-to-date research all within a fun and relaxed learning environment.
